  • Small business owner ready for immediate transition

  • Wants to retire or exit (full or majority sale)

  • Looking to reduce day-to-day involvement

  • Wants to ensure continuity of the business

Financial

  • Greater than $3 million in yearly revenue

  • Profits of $750k - $3 million (including owner salary)

  • High recurring revenue

  • Pre-tax operating profit margin greater than 10%

  • Stable and growing market

  • Limited risk of disruption

  • Fragmented industry​

Business

  • Minimal customer concentration

  • No single customer accounts for >20% of revenue
